Governator needed a Q and Wednesday was wide open. Tuesday night? Not so much. So there was some holiday cheer, lack of sleep, and hills. In that order.

The Thang
Mosey north on Carmel Rd to right on Sharon View. COP: SSH, IW, hillbillies… further down Sharon View past Rock Creek (foreshadowing) to right on Flintwood Ln. Down the hill and back up thrice with diamonds 10x 20x 25x… Enough of that and over to Rock Creek. Down the hill to partner1 take the hill while partner 2 lunges. switch. round 2 with squats… mosey to left on Sharon View to left on Hartmill Ct… take that hill once forward and once backward (mostly)… mosey down Kimblewyck, Broad Hollow, Thornridge, Camilla with some bearcrawl and crabwalk to home. Burpees for filler. Fin.

Not pictured above- mary and merkins sprinkled throughout our 3.89mi jog. Fun fact- the Titanis one reported that todays Govy and Monday’s DMZ were both 3.89 miles… yhc was so fuzzy to start, couldnt recall the name for Imperial Walkers. All good from there, or as good as it gets with me… great job by Aquafresh, still coming off injury and made it the whole way… Flintwood is pretty much Rock Creek with an added S-turn and the extra degree of difficulty of random rocks splayed throughout… safe to say Sable’s alma mater is a football school
