Catalina – pre- Mothership Monday

Mothership Monday – Is Next week 11 /14. Plan to be there.

Today the the plan was straightforward. Give these pax a warmup for next week. 0530 hit on the watch and we headed out of the lot down Carson. Stopping by one of the many new apartment buildings for some work.

It was noted that the midnight diner is no longer there – gone completely. Bear just had eggs and hash last week there. Can’t stop progress…

Out from the Gen Z apartment complex down Carson over to the stadium. Wall squat while waiting for the 6 (Cindy).

Over to Cedar street stopping at Stadium View lane. Partner up, 3 rounds up the hill while the other partner does 1 of these, Merkins, LBC, CDD, rotate through.

Finish up then over to the stadium steps. P1 wall squats while P2 runs up the stairs. Repeat 2x.

Then over to Romare Bearden park to the fountain. 10 box jumps on the stones, lap. Repeat 2 X.

Out the park, down MLK, stopping at Baby Mothership. Word is this is an easier ramp that Cindy and team used to win the inaugural KOTHQC. Debate is still open.

Out of the ramp and back to COT.

Little mumble chatter today. Chimay is running the Charlotte 1/2 this weekend. He’ll get a PR.
