Everyone has a list like this.  Don’t pretend you don’t.  It’s in the Q-Source that you have to.  It has to be 10 things.  You know what/who is on it.  I don’t even need to tell you what kind of list this is.  I’m probably on most people’s list.  Hopefully.  Per a special request by my loving friends over at RAnGEr and more importantly, the NANTAN of F3, SLUTZZZZ, they ask me to post mine.  Here we go:

1. Mutiny

4. The dude who is arguing to expand the ladies locker room over the mens locker room at MPCC.
5. The dude who built the hot box in Cotswold.
6. Whoever is in charge of the F3Metro Twitter handle.  STOP retweeting SlutzRuck24 tweets.  Only 5% (max) of Metro has any interest in paying $150 to get yelled at Dredd for a night.  And now you have to hang out with Mutiny for the night.  Make that .69%.
7. The entire Kardashian family.  How they built a multi-million dollar empire off of Kim porking Ray-J and filming it still baffles me.   And they turned Bruce Jenner into the world’s biggest freak.
8. Maybe – still holds the mantle as the worst F3 workout ever.
