Clean Up on Aisle DMZ

The BackBlast:

The goal was to give the pax a mission on the mean streets of DMZ. But first yhc had to tire em out:

The Thang:
Mosey south on Carmel to the Tufton Brae circle. COP- SSH, SharonTowers, Birdfeeders, MCs… continue south again to right on Mountainbrook and left on Table Rock Rd. Run the triangle of streets with Diamonds x10 and JumpSquats x 10 at each turn. Back to Carmel and head back north to New City Church.

Mission! Find the cinder block pile and move every cinder, broken or not, to the field’s near goal post and make a new pile. The pax waived their 30 second planning period and decided to carry the big ones first , followed by the pieces. 6 pax x 2 trips each with Titan trip 3 not necessary. Mission time: 5 min, 2 seconds… Mission 2! Move the same pile to the shadow of the New City dumpsters. Same plan of attack, more efficient and we didnt load Chicken Wing with 150lb of broken blocks this time. 2 trips again but much longer distance and early finishers started depositting broken blocks in dumpster. With estimated 6-8 broken blocks discarded and all full blocks accounted for, Mission2 time ended in 6 minutes, 28 seconds. A solid performance, would even call it better than mission 1.

Time killer to end: 3 times up the lot from low point to Carmel Road with some merkins and table sprinkled between. Fin.

Moleskin:
Some guy named Dave Q’ed Revolution on Saturday and we did some group logistics work there with coupons. Good idea. So call this one training or AO cleanup or both… ChickenWing is on the brink of having his 15yr old driving. pro’s and con’s, my good man… Slumdog’s knee is holding up and he is getting upgraded aka patella tendon surgery soon- of course the timetable revolves around the golf schedule… OneEye is coming off a beach trip and headed to Yellowstone next. Can’t wait to hear the recap… Titan survived Nashville but think there was one too many at Tootsie’s as he said Nashville is hotter than CLT. ??…. Aqua has the Sibling Rivalry Q on Tuesday and is still full of useFUL knowledge. Him loading up ChickenWing was brutal: literally >100lb of blocks for CW with the remaining ~100lb left for the last 3 of us. Well played… DMZ/Governator has 10 full blocks and 2 halfers. Properly stored! Plenty of pavers over there too for the soccer players, if needed.
