Due to popular demand HHS AO is closing for the season to resume in the Spring. PAX leery of doing these deep stretches with cold muscles. Skoal, Forge, & Money posted to HHS this AM. Skoal took the lead and added a much needed warmup. We went through all the lower body ROM's along with two bonus ROM's. Skipped Upper Body today, and ended with a little more warmup/movement.
