It was raining. Raining hard.  It was dastardly evil and cruel of DRM to take the Atilla pax out into the gloom this am but My Sharona  threw down the gauntlet and then Money no showed. What’s a 67 year old a$$hole gonna do? There’s only 5 core principles in F3 and number states that “Workouts are held outside rain or shine, heat or cold… oh and then there’s the modifier …or unless there’s a parking deck I can shelter in until the storm passes”. Not. All those sweet pax made out of sugar will melt in the rain.

Now many, no let’s say most, of the pax followed this crazy old guy out into a very wet gloom. And by God they got wet. Soaking a$$ wet. And they appreciated the boldness and outright sheer insanity of their wetness.  Kinda CSAUPy.

Here’s the thing that got done by the wet ones. Not sure what Charcoal, Wahoo and Fresh Meat did. Also not sure if Chips stayed out the whole time. He was seen at COP so he gets wet credit.

COP at the Target greenway circle.

IW, Mtn Climber, Merkin The Shuffle, Sharon Tower, Hip Hammy Stretch, maybe something else.

Mosey down greenway to rail wall for 15 squats, derkins, dips x 3.

Mosey to best grass in Metro for sixes.

BLIMPS – six reps of each exercise x 6 sets across the field.

Then sevens.

Drydocks and wipers on opposite side of field.  Seven reps on both ends and seven sets total.

Mosey back toward the deck down Metropolitan Blvd stopping at each street light for 5 reps of your choice. Most did squats and merkins.

Up ramps at Target deck for some Mary. Reverse Crunch, Freddy Mercury, Rosalita, Dolly, LBC.

COT and takeout by DRM
