Mosey south on Carmel to warmups on Knapdale. Further down Carmel to right on Mill Pond for COP. Mosey down Mill Pond with lightpost stops for BonnieBlairs. Make our way to bottom of Mt Mill Pond for two trips up (1 to the water heater and 1 to the speed bump).

Return to start via mosey, backward run, native american run with stops for merkins and mary (Louganis). Also included a section of LeftLitLights with stops for ApolloOhno’s… one lap around New City Church with an AYG finished up the parking lot. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
The good Lord scheduled 12 hours of rain commencing at 0630 so we got it in just in time… Tons of runners out this morning and good amount of junk thrown at one of em, that’s one way to EH… focus on winter olympics def dropped the mental temperature by 3-5 degrees. Better planning wouldve included some downhill events, possibly a wheeled bobsled- still ~12 days of olympics left to accomplish more… MajorPayne out in front with military form, Titan survived the mean streets of Granville (OH), props to Aqua coming out fresh off a major scare of unit proportions at 24 Hours of Booty, equal courage of Lizzard to battle thru mexican food leftovers to post today, and Knuckles claimed to be soft from vaca at the outer banks. Nay- yhc noted fresh legs… the gold medal goes to ShowMe. Newly minted grandfather, battling ahead in the indian run with all these fast metro guys. That guy both GIVES light and SEES light.
