I appreciate the opportunity to lead 6 Men in a SOFA District Beatdown. For those of you that decided the best option was to let gravity win, this is what we accomplished. The Ghost of Run & Gun Past took over the Workout!
5K (AYG/High Tempo Pace) Right out of Carmel Road Park, Right Every Light until you get back and a Double Loop around the church (triple for Chalet)
Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds, AMRAP): Merkin Round 1, Reverse LBC Round 2, Wall Tar Jib Round 3, Deep Squats Round 4

Run and Gun is a UVU workout when executed properly is probably as difficult a work out as there is. Many moons ago R&G was a splinter when Govenator was 30+ every week, but was a part of the great purge of small batch workouts in 2017. Eye Chart was the site Q in charge of R&G and is mentioned on the tombstone, YHC was the original Site Q who handed it to EC in tough shape.
Merkin Tabata is tough, Reverse LBC’s are definitely felt in core. Wall Tar is a suckfest. Squats were to help the sturdy undercarriage
Everyone was strong today. Chalet was fast but his tailbone is weak. Aqua has best form in the business. Coldcut is a solid all around and great take out. Chappy is faster than I remember, but definitely knows YHC ability to dial in a workout. Doh talks way too much, and EC is in Marathon training, not much Chatter otherwise…
For those of you that don’t take you personal finance seriously you may not be familiar with the CudaCoin. I know we have many bankers and folks that think they know everything ( Likely more of the second), but Crypto is the future and the CudaCoin is what they call a Blue-chip.
