Had a healthy mix of regulars and auditors to Diamondhead this week for a nice little mingle.
Here’s what we did:
Warm Up – The Usual
Thing One – Kettlebells – reps of 10, 8, 6, 4, 3 – Goblet Squats, Upright Rows, Dead Lifts, Curls, Two hand overhead press, Tricep Extensions.
Mosey to track (Watch out for the rollerbladder)
Sprint 100 yards, 3xMary / Sprint 100 yards, 3xMary / Sprint 100 yards, 3x Mary / Sprint 100 yards, 3x Mary
Mosey back to lonely Kettlebells
Lawnmowers, KB Swings, Burpees, Mary REPEAT 1x
3 minutes of stretching.
