Do you know how to roll the ball?

The BackBlast:

8 for a tour of Mountain Brook and Town & Country (Titan lives 200 yards away and got lost).   Barracuda and KC ignored my plea for more Respects so I was the Six during the runs all by myself.

The Thang:

Mosey down to Tuftan Brae for some COP to warm up (SSH, Merkins, Plank Jacks).   Mosey down to Mill Pond road.     10 Merkins at each street light on the right (roughly 7) until top of crest.    Two rounds down to bottom of School House with 4 stops for jump squats first round and heels to heaven 2nd round.

Mosey down to  very bottom of Mill Pond for a few minutes of mary and then all you got up the hill to Shaker Drive.    Karaoke left and right  and then backward run down Shaker.  Titan is lost at this point even though his house is only a couple hundred yards away.

Over to Sharon View and up to intersection with Colony.    All you got up Sharon View to Allison and Titan finally figures out where we are.  Mosey down Sharon View and then right on Town and Country to bottom of the hill.  Backward run up to top of hill and then Karaoke down to bottom with all you got up to intersection with Granada for a few minutes of plank.

Run back to starting point and finish with 50 LBC’s and some jump squats until time ran out.  Total mileage of 3 miles but felt like more due to the hills.

Dr B and I came in peace to reconcile the differences between Kingswood pax and Governator pax but decided not to return to Kingswood for our detente.   The non-runners in Kingswood didn’t start until 6pm and I didn’t want to have to run back to Carmel with less than 10 minutes on the clock.

Ann and Hope liked by Kick it with Cam shirt and Talk Box reminded me that he was also on the “team”.    Maybe his greatest line of all time was asking All Pro receiver Steve Smith (who was on our team with Thomas Davis) if he knew how to “roll the ball”.  A&H then tries to use the line in reference to wrestling but lost me (maybe he can help me out in the commets).     We did agree that an F3 wrestling tournament to raise money for Titan’s wrestling endeavor was a good idea.    Will have to noodle on that one some.

Sable was the only PAX who was also in the group when we had the famous encounter in Kingswood.    We hugged and all is good with the world.

I was War Daddy by almost 10 years.  That is not right.
