Christmas theme workouts abound but have u ever been to a halloween one? Here we go

The Thang:
Mosey north on Foxcroft Rd to COP in no particular area: SSH, IW, Hillbillys, Frankensteins, buttkicks… frogger across Sharon Rd to the median part of Foxcroft. Navigate the pathway in the median- no sprained ankles but spooky… Group in 3s for grinder (not grindr): one lunges, one hand release merkins, one runner on the path. Couple rounds of those… split up into 3 groups and mosey different loops so as to cover the whole neighborhood. Reunite for mary… pick another route and go… reunite for merkinfest… mosey east on Ferncliff to right on Phoenix to Pelham… indian run Pelham and Abingdon to Arbor Way… pause for core work… down Sedley with Chuck Woolerys (2 burpees every other driveway). Back to the lot. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Not a lot to work with on Halloween theme but did complete Frankensteins, a spooky mosey and trick-or-treated most of the ‘hood. Great success… First time for all of us on that median park/path despite passing it countless times… smaller unit today but twice in one week with Burgundy makes it all worth it. He is back until the midnight conference calls cometh… Titan claims to be hurt and travelling a lot – yet always in front of YHC… 3.98mi on my strava… lots more dumbness but gotta post to know..
