Fire and Brimstone Church Service on the West Side

All right this is my first back blast on slack and no idea if I’m doing this correctly, so please bare with me. 6 HIMS gathered in the humid gloom at Revolution to partake in Teo’s catfishing expedition – err – workout. Also had a new man to Revolution – Hollywood – who originally hails from Massachusetts and knocked this one out of paaawk.

Began in the parking lot with some mumble chatter about deep philosophical matters, such as Beethoven’s movie review of Barbie and Teo actually showing up in advance of the workout time. Did some thangs to warm up then moseyed.

Hit the 11s up a hill in nearby neighborhood. Top of hill had a conveniently placed porta potty for any of the millennials, who happened to partake in one too many IPAs the night before. Proceeded to mosey and exercise at each electric pole until we reached Remount.

Moseyed down Remount toward West Blvd, ironically running by a Wok (Fire Express). Turned on West Blvd and hit the calves plus Blim (bailed on the “ps”) in church parking lot. Give the medieval ladies something to talk about when flashed those toned back legs.

Bear crawled our way back to the AO and wrapped up with COT. Solid crew today at Revolution, really brought heat to the West Side!
