The band got back together. 5 of them anyway. Here’s what they did:
Run the loop – warm up
Circle up at the front of the museum
SSHx20
Sharon Towersx10
Run to Museum Dr and circle up again
Imperial Walkerx20 at Raiders insistence (wheelhouse)
Run Copperhead Rd – Mercans, Squats, Turkish Git Ups, Burpees on the 4 respective corners (see strava)
Back to the Mint parking lot
Lunge walk/run

Welcome back everyone. As I write this I’m wfh cuz YHC hurt his back on the first Turkish Git Up. Good thing for this shock thingy we have to sit on my back. It’s been so long since Raider posted we had to explain the COT procedures. Aside from that, good to find out where everyone lives now, where they work, and where they’re skiing this winter.

Nostalgia is tricky. I don’t remember Hempstead being that poorly paved or that dark. Next year, we’ll put in a request for better paving and lighting. I think Pothole could handle that?
