The Thang:
SSH& IW while we wait on Monk’s Subaru to haul ass to the AO.
Run through Symphony Park to Barclay Downs Drive- Left on Scofield, Plank for the six.
Run down Scofield with 10 merkins at each street light.
Plank for the six at Park Road.
Back down Fairview for Mary at Copper Builders Show House where Noonan can reflect on the architectural deficiencies of mass home builder construction.
Quick run to Piedmont Town Center, more Mary- spring break is right around the corner.

Back to Symphony Park.

For the uninitiated, Lift & Shift is a bootcamp for 30 minutes with 15 minutes of Kbell work.
YHC brought the tabata timer from hell today with 18 seconds of work and 8 seconds of rest to call out the next exercise.
Rotated through Swings, deadlift, high pulls, curls, skull crushers, castling, Surry County’s, renegade rows and some mary with the kbell for good measure.
All told 39 rounds of exercises in 15 minutes led to a beatdown.

NMM:
Default commented how fast the 8 seconds of rest ticks off and Cold Cuts found it’s no good to look at your watch while you navigate the pit of misery that is the Tabata Timer.
