The BackBlast:
Running in circles is not a game so we had to add something..
The Thang:
warmup lap, calisthenics lap, hot lap…… main event! everyone roll the LRC dice. Left = backwards run the front stretch. Right = hot lap. Center = mosey to center of field for 10 burpees. Roll a dot = no exercise. 5 pax = 5 rolls and we got a plethora or dots so we only did 1-2 of each “direction.” Solid rolling meant time to kill at end. 1 x 400, 1 x 800, 1 x 1200, some mary, hot lap, mary, hot lap, core, hot lap. Fin.
Moleskin:
Really solid dice players here. Each roll had 2 dots and 1 exercise, u cant ask for better… we fit in solid music talk with Toolbelt, jiu jitsu talk with Titan, car talk with Backup, Tootsie talk with Tootsie. trackwork allows some chatter but mostly heavy wheezing.
