Six men got theirstretch on before the America 250 festivities! We did variations of the six basic stretches, and added a new one working on hip and groin mobility. 1. Sit cross lean forward (2, one an extra minute) 2. Sit cross lean left (1 left and 1 right) 3. Hammy stretch (2) 4. The new stretch I will call the Frog until Forge tells me the real name 5. Reach around (1 each side) 6. 120 degree backward arm raise (2). Good to have Festus join in!! Happy Birthday America!
