The Thang:
We moseyed around the block- past the maroonbed car, thru Town & Country, to left on Sharon View, left on Colony and back to New City Church. We may have stopped for various pain stations: the best was monkeyhumpers at Titan’s house but solo handslap merkins is always a hit. Couple point to point sprints up Colony hill on our way home… we still had time for Murph training: pullups x10, merkins x15, squats x20. repeato several times… down to the bottom of the hill for 2 sprints. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
2.9mi on the strava. In metro, that qualifies as “not much running.” Ring Run was 4.9+…. Seriously there was a passengerless car dead nutz middle of one of the park entrances. also 3 propane tanks closeby. a marked pickup truck was checking out the scene as we left so all is well… we did some sideways work as well- shuffles and karaoke. it’s on my new years resolution list… Film remains very very fast at bear crawls, crab walks and anything of the sort. Mustve been a weird childhood on the other side of the pond… GameStop’s oldest turns 10 years oooold this week!… No issues with Sable’s toilet this morning so he posted… Special guest ruck appearance: OneEye and some old guy with a cane. Oh that’s Gizzard and 2 new hips. Seriously he is killing it: walking miles under 20min pace already. Well done
