It was another gloom and another Sloppy Q and another morning of recognition for the #mentalBattle @f3battle. This BB will have to suffice for both yesterday and today. After giving me a good hard time for my alarm clock fail yesterday (phone failed to charge and turned into a brick) and for showing up late to The Valley (which had 19 Pax including 2 cotters – GOP! and Smothered and Covered), the HIM of the Bah treated me well as we ran around the Morrison/Colony/Sharon circle. The banter is a F3 sign of love. I know that. You know that. We look out for one another in these gloomy mornings as we get out of bed and get a win first thing in the morning. Without the one-anothers, there’s not as much of a win. So you sad clowns out there get back to the COT. And you guys that are there, get back to headlocking men… Re: “News of F3 Nation: the Long Distance EH” – Read it. And get your colon checked.

The warmup:

One thing I learned this week: Chalet likes to comment on shoes, or at least my shoes. Apparently I’m good at matching. Hey, your not bad if you look good.

– hold plank.. hold… hold… We stayed there for a while and I gave a speech about picking eachother up and fighting the Mental Battle. Lots of ways to suffer and the mind-body connection creates a downward spiral that turns into a vicious cycle that is often very difficult to get out of. Encourage one another to “set your minds on things above and not on earthly Things. Set your minds on things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of the father.” In other words, he is in control. Thank God for that. If I was in control, oh boy… we in trouble.
