Warm-up No Warm up today. We used that time for extra discomfort. The Thang We hit two of the previous lower body moves and introduced the last two of the 6 foundational stretches. These are upper body moves. We focused on form, breathing, and pushing our individual ranges of motion. Chelms is less than an inch from the standard on arm across, and Sparty is right on his heels. YHC and Noodles have much more work to do to catch up. Key to Success Learn the stretches at the beatdown, put in the work OYO during the week, then return to measure yourself against the standard. Once you hit the standard, shift into maintenance mode and start layering in the more difficult stretches. Great effort by the three other PAX who showed today. Slow, steady, consistent work pays off. Like the man on the couch who eventually runs a marathon.
