Pax are on a program here. Same Six foundational Stretches every week. Four lower body. Two Upper body. We stretch to a standard. We keep score. Chelms and Sparty both killing it on upper body mobility. Both have met the standard on Arms Across and only have thirty degrees to go on Arms Behind and Up. Skoal kicked the fart sacks butt and made his second showing today. Takes courage to step into this game men! YHC has some work to do on upper body mobility-hence why I tore a rotator cuff. Lower body mobility is making progress. I am 7.5" from the standard on Quad Stretch and SXL. YHC has met the standard on SXLS. Appreciate y'all posting and keeping this going. Headlock a brother in need.
