As typically happens, the Bengals started the year slow. The Q is crabby, it’s gonna cost ya:
The Thang:
Quick warmup, grab ur bells and work on grip strength! Farmer carry over to the 2-story parking deck off Carnegie Blvd… get the whistle out for some agility work. Various bell exercises, sprinkle in 2 trips around the parking deck. Just enough time to farmer carry back to the flag. Fin.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Lifts were skewed to back exercises with RenegadeRows and SurryCountys on repeat. Full body otherwise. Legs got hit with a couple extra sucky down-n-backs: broad jumps. BearCrawls still rule. Old fashioned Up-Downs reminded of Remember the Titans- props to the Cali/Maine kid, Smothered… football’s on the brain but this couldve been a basketball workout with the 5 pax in attendance (all of us point guards)… 1.9miles on the strava… the playlist included a few Metallica face melters but more hits from the F3 bootcamp list than normal for this AO.
