The BackBlast:

2 nights at Badin Lake was not enough so we headed for the local watering hole (not a bar)…

The Thang:
The mission was to get to the Bay of Cloisters, which we accomplished. Stops at the old folks home for COP and a few others along the way. Merkins and Mary were had… We used u-vs-u pace on the Cloisters Dr circle; then headed back to Eddie’s via Trinity Pres Way… timekillers in the shorecard parking lot: bearcrawl, crabwalk, lungewalk. Big burpee finish. Fin.

NMM:
Only repeated 1 exercise and MikeTyson would be proud of these men… Providence Rd traffic definitely builds between 535am and 605am. The closest call was behind Trinity but that driver won’t be as fast thru the ‘hood again thx to LotLizzard (road rage from pavement)… fun fact- Lizzard has the Governator Q on Wed, see u there… 3.3miles on the strava… lotta ski trip chatter in earshot of me. Tis the season, snow dump is right… Film is still gold medalist of crabwalks, if u were wondering… Grizz had never been back there to the Cloisters. If there is construction there this summer, this morning was the reason.
