Mosey left on Sharon Amity, south on Providence to Providence Prep lot for COP- easy and hard… Continue south down Providence to left on Rutledge. Stop at the speedbump for instruction- partner1 and partner2 mosey opposite directions on the Gresham/Kingscross rhombus. Reunite on Kingscross for Derkins x 20 and BigBoySitups x 20 each. Repeato… Mosey to Monclair for some stuff then to the Chandler hill/circle for obstacle course of the following: backwards up the hill, mosey back down to bearcrawl half way around circle and crabwalk the other half, Repeato… mosey back Montclair towards base with stops for oxygen – to left on Westbury, right on Crosby. Fin.

This one had all the players- kotters, FNGs, pax from Texas, metro royalty (KY), english blokes… SilentBob claimed to be a bit out of shape. YHC begs to differ. Classic bootcamp from the front while corralling over 2 dozen low IQ pax.
