Calisthenics to warmup:
Forward/Backward Arm Circles, Hamstring Stretch, Windmills, Run-in-place Knee Slap, Side Straddle Hops.
WORKOUT:
2 Stations
#1 – 5 Merkins, 5 Merkin Push-Backs, 10-LBC’s, 10 – Plank Jacks
5 – Squats with Cinderblock & Run with Block to station #2
#2 – 8 – Bobby Hurley’s, 5 – 10 V-Ups, 10- Mountain Climbers, 5- Merkins
5 – Squats with Cinder Block & Run with Block back to station #1
Completed 5+ Reps at each station – doubled up on individual exercise reps for the last 2!!
Squeezed in some wall Triceps and Jump-ups ( moseying to the location and back)
