Thang- Out of the lot down Barclay Downs, stop for Dips, Merkins at corner of Fairview with a full lap around the mall along the road, few stops along the way for various exercises back to corner of Carnegie & Barclay Downs Drive. Tried a second lap but only got halfway since this is Lift & Shift and the pax needed 15 minutes for the lifting portion. Next 15 minutes was tabata timer with the kbells, with 15 seconds of work and 8 seconds of rest and time to call out next exercise. Hit swings, high pulls, Surry County's, renegade rows, OHPP, Curls, Squats, Skull Crushers and some Mary, in no particular order. Smothered with the take out. Prayers for kids wrapping up school and starting summer vacations. FIn. -Sausage
