Missed by That Much

The BackBlast:

The pax count could’ve, should’ve been 9.  YHC saw no cars or runners or walkers in view at 05:29.30.  One problem: Cannoli has the sprint from Brandenmill to the AO clocked down to the second.  Cannoli and Pinoli were forced to do some father-son bonding while searching for us- to no avail.  That’s on me…  It goes to show, you never know what you might be missing.  Missing by a minute.  Missing by a day… YHC is really bummed when the 2.0’s get all crabby going into Monday.  Cmon, today is the day!  Don’t get me wrong, Thursday is better than Monday but let’s gooooo… here’s what we did:

The Thang:

Mosey out the Colony side of New City, hang a right and hit all those sidestreets with some especially fun COP, merkinorama, lungewalk, and bearcrawl.  Continue down Carmel to right on Sharon View… to right on Winding Brook.  Quick left to hang out on Wessix for a bit then ChuckWoolery our way down Winding Brook.  Mosey back to right on Sharon View to right on Town and Country.  Various pace runs to each sidestreet with pause to catch breath or plank or mary.  Continue down T&C to right on Carmel back to the house.  Few minutes left for “best of” exercises like birdfeeders.  Fin.

NMM:

Again, think YHC jumped the gun on Cannoli arrival.  We could’ve used his quick wit and Pinoli’s speed to keep Proehl company up front.  Proehl.  Good luck trying to do an indian run with that guy… Think Sable is following me to AO’s.  Or maybe it’s the other way around… Chappy needs a few days before he thinks Wolfpack again… OneEye ready to lawyer up if his college student gets sent home… Slumdog will see a heartbreaking Cubs/Braves second round series if his Cubs karma is true.  Hopefully Cubs/Reds tho… Birdfeeders- embrace it… Think that was Titan’s car still in his cul de sac.  Not like him on a Monday.  Hope all good there… OneEye with the takeout.  Always count on him… had fun, hopefully yall did too.  Aqua- throw me on the schedule again when needed.  thx for the look!
