Lotta notables today- Lee on a weekday, South Nantan infiltrating the north, EZRings ditto, a full hour of Curly, search for JackNasty’s naming rights… but the announcements took the prize today.

The Thang:
EC over to Pearl Park Way. Sadly the street is still under construction so we did 2 runs up the parking deck stairs and back to the flag… Main Event- pickup an extra two and head south on Kings to left on Morehead to Edgehill Park. 2 sets of pullups AYG… from there, we figure-8’ed around the area, returning to the park for 2 more sets of pullups and other stuff… pain stations along the way with mostly “down1 cadence” when YHC realized it was new and exciting to the runners. Fin.

Moleskin:
Curly took the training wheels off and committed to the whole 60. An impressive performance when noting he was fueled by golf weekend burgers and beers. And nobody peed in YHCs corn flakes today but stairwell repeats is a fine way to kickstart a workout… 4.4miles on the strava. Should be more but 4 sets of pullups was the goal… DIB was quick to separate clevelanders and bengals fans (RIP harambe, long live red rifle)… Lee has a wider “child spread” than most (7th to college grad) and a new love for cheerleading… JackNasty cant remember details of his name, who named him, nor where it happened. Nantan powers were nearly utilized for a re-name but the contrived origin stories on that name will be better… First post at Sharktank in months and its still very edgy- both MrBo and Curly wear fanny packs… Onto the important part.
