The Thang:
Ready ur tights and mosey left on Huntingtowne Farm, left into the valley, left on Goneaway. Pause for COP: SSH, IW, SharonTowers, Birdfeeders, *disclaimer*. Mosey Ramblewood to left on Lilly Mill to Tattersall. Reunite for merkinfest including ChuckNorris’s. Another Chuck (Woolery) down Tattersall to Park Rd. 2 burpees at every other driveway… right on Park Rd, past Surry Ridge (foreshadowing) to that new semicircle development close to Sharon Rd. Lunge walk for a bit, note the nails and random building supplies on road, cancel bearcrawl, mosey back to Surry Ridge.

Up the Ridge to the cross street. Partner up by proximity. One partner down the hill to Park Rd and back, other partner across Walthall to culdesac and back. WideArms at the end and Paddycake squats when u meet. Flapjack, rinse repeat twice… Up to top of the hill for some core then mosey back down to right on Park Rd to left on Huntingtowne Farms… more core and merkins timekillers including superman/banana’s P90X-style. Back to AO. Fin.

Moleskin:
YHC has hit Surry Ridge hill each of the last 3 Valley Qs bc nobody else will. That btch is mean. I love it. Old faithful… Tried to sneak in some different stuff: birdfeeders, chuck norris, chuck woolery, more core. Spicy variety… Abacus stole my “2 pax and 7 guys in tights” line. YHC guesses the sassy 7 just wanted to show off their new outfits. I mean, it was 37 degrees… Wafflehouse tried to break the time record for the extra credit loop. He was flying. Didnt say a word and took off. 6 minute splits but Canary retains the title. There must be some chicanery in the route, etc… Sloppy has no fear going into his marathon, marathons. Good luck bo… Sable stunk of beer and salted meats. Big Wednesday for he and his App State Eers with the beatdown of Georgia State. Congrats. and congrats on not wearing tights.
