The Thang:
* Mosey to Carmel Pres lot for warmup. SSH + IW + LSS + bird feeders = ready to go.
* Down Mullens Ford for +2 merkins each streetlight.
* Regroup and on to Foxcroft shopping center area for rounds of dips, incline merkins, then arm circles.
* Over to Valencia for +2 lunges each streetlight. No jumping.
* Pause at Simsbury for monkey humpers.
* Carry on backwards up Valencia for more lunges.
* At top, split squat hold, walking lunges, then on our way.
* Stop for Mary: LBCs, plank jacks, flutter, Peter Parkers, Freddie, Parker Peters, American hammer.
* Down and up Town and Country, Mr. Miyagi squat.
* Back to launch for Jack Webb. Finish.
