Mosey out the portal thru the office park to the Teeter… COP: SSH, birdfeeders, disclaimer… mosey thru the SouthPark Church square, genuflect. Continue to left on Sharon Rd to Sharon Square parking deck (corner Sharon/Fairview). Up the deck with squats and lunges at the turns… Mary on the moon deck… down the stairs to right on Fairview, left on Cameron Valley Pkwy, pause for merkinfest, back thru the office park, say hello to the fountain, back to Sharon Elem jungleless gym… split into 2 teams. Pull-ups to fail x 2 times thru each team. Table whilst waiting ur turn… mosey to the never-been-used-before parking lot B for the PaulaAbdul = bear crawl forward 2 parking spots and then back 1, then +2 -1 +2 etc. Time killer to get thru 25 parking spots… finish with couple 10counts, squats and burpees for Joe Burrow. Fin.

YHCs second attempt to substiQ this one worked. Big crew. Paula was back- like a grizzled veteran of fatherdom, he was talking about his various old man injuries… Not sure SirTophamHat has posted casbah in a while- good to see him… roughly 3 miles on the strava… Paula Abdul’s brought out a lotta Omaha calls and refuseniks. big finish there, hat tip to the area51 bros at new AO Shield (Smithfield Elem) that lending us that one… thx to Pitino for UK betting tidbits. Still taking Florida -8 however. If YHC was a handicapper, that is… some talk late about emergency preparation at workouts. Cell phone is a plus. Learn CPR.
