The BackBlast:

Plenty of time to get ready for this one with a Monday bank holiday and Stinger’s planning skills. Really the only plan was Stinger to YHC to Bulge. It worked like this:

The Thang:
Stinger takes the reins with COP smorgasbord… Transport all gear out to the log(s) loading section. ~15yd traverse across the lot and back with ruck via bearcrawls and lungewalks. Grab all gear again to lineup the longways. Suicide of some sort as i remember it. Then more bear crawls and, of course, highpulls. Then TPPs and highpulls again.

Muschamp, YHC. Transport all gear to far end of lot aka the stop sign. Travel the Parallelogram of Pain (Crosby Rd, Westbury, Clover, Orient) with all items, dropping one at every corner while keeping ruck on at all times… back to start, collect the six and retrieve gear one by one- back to start.

Muschamp, Bulge. Grab gear and head back into hotbox with 2 stops for pain management. It was just a matter of time before Bulge got the RenegadeRows. 20 each side x 3. Oooof. Sprinkle in some flutters/bell press and skull crushers to get to the bell. Fin.

Moleskin:
The Parallelogram of Pain is yhc’s go-to move, especially when given Q duties at 0513. Had to dial up old faithful but it fit nicely with heavy bear crawls and renegades from the other bros… Stinger:HighPulls as Bulge:RenegadeRows as YHC:SquareRuck. It’s what we do. Go with what works and play the hits… YHC owes Bulge about 5 minutes of his allotted Q-time. The Square of Strain is a definite timekiller. whoopsies… Could’ve gotten the winter hotbox ladies to check our renegade form. No way on God’s green earth i was lifting my head to look around. YHC imagines it was a bloodbath out there. Brutal… a fine encapsulation of the weekly despair that is Shorecard… Good work to all- the young guns, the respects, and the kotters.
