Warm up in the lot, run up Carnegie to in front of Legion Brewing, Circle runs around Carnegie to Congress with 20 reps of squats after each circle, 3x, Round of Mary, down to the wall at corner of Carnegie and Barclay Downs for couple rounds of Bulgarian Split Squats. Back to start, Concludes the Soccer portion of the workout (no upper body, plenty of running), secure the Kbells for American Football work, 15 minutes of Kbell work with Mary interspersed.
