Somebody has a GTE this weekend and needed his minions to light the Thursday candle. Howd we do:

The Thang

Booty QIC- COP with SSH x fifteen, various other fullbody including newbie called bag merkins. Grab all 4 items and carry to the corner stairwell. Complete this circuit thrice: CornerStores x 6 and lug all ur crap up the stairs, circle around stairwell, back to start. Woof.

Muschamp, Forge. Take all gear not-named-blocks up the stairs for several bag drills including BagUps, TPPs, curls and reverse lunges. Lots o lunges.

Muschamp, YHC. Grab the three items and carry past Aquatots to left down stinky alley to Eddie’s lot. Drop ruck on one end, bag somewhere in the middle, bell somewhere else in the middle. Mosey across the lot with stops for 20x (exercises) and merkins at the far end. Rinse/repeat few times… load up the gear and transport it back down the far stairs and over to pullup bar. Just enough time for repeats of the following: pullups x 5, crawlbear to wall, donkeykicks x 5, bear crawl back to pullups. 2-3 circuits. Fin.

NMM:
The Q exit polls showed Booty in the lead, behind his 15 SSHs instead of 50… followed by Forge for not using blocks… and YHC the buckeye in the cellar (no rest thru the buzzer?)… we broke a block. Padawan Seuss started the morning with a bell and a dream. He ended with bell ruck bag and pieces of a block. Was great to see him out again… the other (witch) doctor was also there- Wishbone. I heard he may have gone halfsies on a bag throughout the workout. hmmmm. he’s still an animal… who’s that man walking at us at 0614? Oh it’s a well-rested, well-hydrated rucking psycho. Ready for action and for a good COT. Well played.
