The BackBlast:

WhatDid made widow fun again last week. This week’s mission was to be both the funnest and suckiest hour of ur day.

The Thang:
Siteseeing trip out the back parking lot thru the mean streets (gunshots) to Trinity Pres back lot. Stop for some stuff (most importantly- birdfeeders)… mosey to the Greentree/Brookridge rectangle. Game1: Simons Says. We nabbed Sausage, Monk and somebody else into the burpee penalty… over to St Gabes for Paula Abduls then onto Game 2: Duck Duck Goose. That lasted 3 minutes? Then two trips up the hill, 2 trips up the steps. Frogger again across Providence Rd to some filler in the parking lot. Fin.

Moleskin:
Not gonna lie, Duck Duck Goose needs work. There’s always gonna be haters on new “exercise” but it needs more action. Will try multiple ducks next iteration… Choco attempted to thwart the mileage by playing Simon Says himself. No luck, today was Simons Says. We got 2.4 miles on the strava. Almost embarrassing… We had a counting game today as well. Shame on me for not knowing the audience but Doris won the game in his second attempt… Lotta Monday fartsackers hangin out at Eddie’s on a Tuesday but i’m assured that they are accelerating… Tebow got an opportunity to Tebow during ActionFigures but Panda performed the exercise perfectly… Anybody who attended will wonder why bearcrawls were not included in the backblast. Neither was “pullups” so i’ll up my game next time.

-Sunday, March 16th at 1pm. cleanup day at AG. mostly trash and minor yardwork. Bring gloves. Blackbird or yhc on Q.
-Sunday April 27 Tunnels to Towers. ruck BofA stairs or donate. Newport or Forge on Q.
-TBA MetrOlympics. North vs South. maybe May. Epic.

A&H coming off knee surgery and back on the beat. Also Audrey has a clean bill of health! Deserves a takeout.
