I haven’t written a BB for the last several Q’s i’ve had.  Every excuse in the book….but Dredd’s recent rampage of blogging inspired me to actually follow through for a full comp Q, BB included.

Arrive at 5:29:30 park at the end of the parking lot, yell to Pax at the other end.  “Come with me if you want to live” and off we go.  Mose around some loop to the main intersection at Sedley and Foxcroft for a quick COP.

Concentric rectangles today with main intersection next to Pool club as home base.

1st 4 block to Pomfret, Warburton, and back.  Increasing Merkins 5, 10, 15, 20

Pool club parking lot for some Core work to get Chalet’s hips warmed up for a romantic night at home.

2nd 4 block – bigger.  Beresford to Warburton and back.  Stop at every intersection along the route.  5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30

Pool club for more core work and dirty talk.

3rd block – biggest.  Arbor Way to Warburton and back.  stop at everyone intersections along the route 5, 10 ,15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40

Finish with the RF special.  Sprint to Red Fox Trail, 10 burpees, and indian run home to keep the pax together.

4.5 fast miles, lots of Merkins, and foreplay to prep you for a wild friday night after pizza and wine.   You’re welcome Chalet!

Skins: 

Casbah has a bunch of sneaky fast guys, but it’s hard to tell because the quiet streets of Foxcroft don’t have many street lights so you rely on the upshot lights on every tree lined mansion driveway to provide some glow.

Heavy does of CMS rage this morning, going to be some F3 write in’s for the next CMS Board election.   Talk and Take Action men.
