5:30 and apparently there was a thread which Bulge wasn’t on (lame) which apparently included directions to lead the workout and nabisco told our beloved immigrant site Q “got you”. Tardy had led over half of ring run workouts in 2026 so understandably everyone assumed he would take the lead. Instead the most underrated runner in metro swiped the lead and took off into eastover. He stopped for 20 swipe cicles and then continued to the mint museum. A few dips there and pax were confused on who was the Q and if there had been a green card issue for the site Q. Took the greenway to the big chair and swipe handed off to Bulge for some push-ups. (Many PR’s for fastest mile of 2026 so way to accelerate your brotherz swipe). Blue or red hill awaited. 1st street light for 5 Squats then back down for 5. Up to 2nd street light for 10 squats then back down for 10, all the way up for 15 and then do some sit ups and more push ups. Per usual Snots talked non stop about politics and issues with CMS and school leadership. Almost made it to wendover then did more core before Robert Kelly aka pediatric obgyn took over. Sprinted to Vernon where he peed on the sidewalk. Plenty of trees around but he chose not to hide. Did jump squats and push ups to Providence. Stopped by the sundries to keep the lax together before getting is back home for two minutes of wasting time and cot. That’s what happened. Nabisco, thanks for the keys. Big 🍆 thanks for freeing swipe to lead, and slice thanks for running up and down a smaller hill with Pitino and TK training for BRR way too early. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Ranger. There will be a Q because that site Q can’t do cadence but can run a duty roster like it’s his job.
