I guess the Dog Days Of Summer are upon us, as we had another light turnout in South End. Started with 23 SSH, 10 merkins, 15 IW. Ran to the field and did 2 rounds of 4-Corners – merkins, squats, derkins & LBC’s. Second round mixed-in some birkins (bicep merkins). Ran down to the Troll Bridge & grabbed some coupons – hoist it overhead and follow me. Walked about 100yds, dropped rock – pick it up and 10 CurlsForGirls. Since we are inclusive – 10 TrisForGuys. 10 Overhead Press. Drop rock. Stretch arms. Pick it up and follow with a Zurcher carry (holding rock in a mid-curl while walking). 40yds. Drop it. On your six for RockAssistedFlutters – 32 (just so we could pass thirty and they would think I was going to forty – there was groaning). Drop the rock. Protractors. . Recover and carry the rock on your shoulder while going back to Troll Bridge. Drop the rocks and (this was a mind-blower) mosey for about a half a mile. Turn round and head home. At the flag, we pledged our allegiance (no Red Star tattooed behind Beethoven’s ear!!!). COT – Social on 9/13 (that says “Social”, not “Socialist”!!!). Labor Day convergence – be there or be square. YHC took us out in prayer. Ended at Einstein’s for coffeeteria
