Light work-out

We met in front of the building for a couple of minutes and then went to the Community Matters parking lot. We did a mix of ‘on your feet’, merkin-type, stretching and ab exercises. After a few minutes, we divided up into two groups, one lead by Dredd and the other by Pigskin. Piggy’s group went down the street to the white wall on McNinch for some people’s chair, donkey kix, bear crawl and crab walk. To the next street, Elliott, for a couple more exercises (thanx to Bandito), then to the corner rock pile for pick a rock.

Next to the parking lot behind the condos. Partnered up and did a total of 100 merkins, took 10-count, 100 squats. 10 count and 100 flutters. (Partner 1 runs across the lot and back, partner 2 does the merkins, etc. then swap out until 100 merkins between both partners.)

Next, moseyed to Elliott where we did reverse sit-ups using the fence. Over to the paved trail past the end of Elliott. Here, several of the pax picked exercises and led them (Landry, English and I forgot who else). Did a little backwards running, bear crawl, crab walk and mosey to the parking lot at the Community Matters parking lot.

At this point, a few stretching exercises and we regrouped for COT.
