A few of us decided to jump out of bed on a warm January morning to get stronger. For those still in the FartSack this is what you missed:

3.6 Miles, 50 Mega Burpees (250 Pushups) , 100 LBC, 100 Squats, 50 Reverse Squats, 50 Flutter, 50 Dolly, few planks, and parker Peter Parkers….

Skinny:

We ran to 8 Culd de Sac and did 5 Mega Burpees at each and mixed other stuff in to collect the PAX. YHC Shot out of Carmel Road Park like a Gazelle vs. the typical Rino… to Culd de Sac 1. The first miles moving time was a 7:45 for YHC with a 8:15 second mile for reference for old and slow. Also every single Culd de Sac is on a hill in this area of town.

The conversation was a combination of many topics:

• Topic 1: investment advice “BitCoin is so last week, GameStop is so this week”…What I got out of it is Crypto went up 100% in a month, GameStop went up 200% in a day: Don’t Short Either.
• Topic 2: Is Cannoli on PED, because he started off too fast, Maybe this is a nod to MLB not electing anyone to the Hall because of PED error #RodgerThat #Bonding #MakeSchillings <-see what YHC did (tied Investment to Topic2 # Bloody Sock)
• Topic 3 Winter Weather and Inversion impacts on Thunder…super Geeky, Cold Front Hits Warm Front and cause Thunder. Normally happens close to the earth, Inversion happens in Upper Atmosphere causing same impact: less Lightning due atmospheric disbursement and flux capacitation. Louder thunder due to the atmospheric pressure and echoing impact of sound wave bouncing off the individual climate particle. Also know as God had to Fart
• Topic 4: Where is Chuck AKA as YHC 2.0,, AKA still in bed.

YHC took us out and was grateful for the opportunity to lead after last weeks brain fart.
