Fresh off the IL, Ice9 took the reigns for the first 15 minutes and he picked up where he left off. 5 ssh, 25 bell hip thrusters, then it was 10 right arm snatch (ras), 10 high pull (formerly lobsters and previously high pull), 10 las, and 10 high pull. Then 9’s all the way to 1. Then it was to the plank for 10 right arm plank row, 10 merks, 10 left arm plank rows, and 10 merks. Then 9 and you get the picture. Tears ✅ grunting ✅ commentary ✅ quitting ❌. Stinger then took the lead and we thought we were happy until he said grab everything and follow me (fisher of men story? Not yet). He introduced us to “the socialist” which is a spin off of Dredds “the capitalist” except it’s actually decapolis. Regardless, it was ruck on and 5 merks at speed bumps and end of parking lot (15 total) then sprint back for a other “coupon” while keeping the ruck on then get another “coupon” and repeat the merks and then back for another. The last cycle has the sandbag and ruck on while carrying the block and bell. Decapolis was chosen as the way to go though some couldn’t get past the capitalist and the socialist. TML and others then did 100 big boy sit ups while waiting for the 6, with the ruck on. Then it was 8’s with hand release merks and plank jacks (2=1). 6 inches for a 10 count and then the pax was directed to grab everything. Quick walk to the black widow AO then a ruck jog and take the gear to the top of the hotbox for COT.
Moleskine:
Dredd, Snoop, and Gitmo among others might have skipped on purpose with the return of 🧊9. Coach made a guest appearance in an attempt to chat it up with 🧊 9 but it wasn’t happening.
