Sparta – Quiet Day

The BackBlast:

The crowd at Sparta never disappoints. Snots has been coming back from IR and even with that the AO keeps accelerating.

My plan for the morning was to keep it simple after an evening filled with Moosehead wings and IPAs.

We circled up for some SSH and made sure we had the pax. We then departed for the back of the school and over to the Sparta Wall.

Up and over the wall, on the other side knock out a burpee. Rinse and repeat 3x.

Over to the track, partner up and run to the other side meeting in the middle for hand slap merkins. 5/10/15/20 for full 2 laps.

Then switched it up for partner derkins. 20/15/10/5 for full 2 laps.

We’re mile plus in so we ran off to the new water drainage park on Poindexter. Grab a rock for step ups and squats. This was a crowd pleaser as always.

Pealed out if there and tried to EH a few guys it s along the way. They were not having it.

Up to the HT for some work in the parking lot. Back over to Marsh down to Sedgfield road stopping with some various exercises. Brought it home at 0615.

Not much mumble chatter of note. Group was oddly quiet.
