The Thang:
Mosey left on McDonald to right on Ideal Way, warmorama in Ed’s parking lot… continue down Ideal to left on Dilworth Rd E to St Patricks. 1x stair climb to the church front door for core work… mosey down Buchanan to Kenilworth to a parking garage (finally). Bear crawls and merkins… Next up, one trip down the Kenilworth hill to the hospital- and back up. Regroup in the cozy garage for mary… back out East to Kenilworth towards home. Couple stops and back to the (downed) shovevlflag. Fin.

Moleskin:
At 0515, a downed tree on Park Rd led to an alternate route, multiple traffic violations and no pregame chatter with the spartans… yhc tried to use the “core” work at St Pat’s and my 2003 wedding there as a reminder that the relationship with the M is at the core of one’s concentrica. Sparta pax + wedding comments = joke heaven. YHC quickly aborted… Even a short bear crawl got whined on by the pax. These be runners… no stopping TP. He got a shot for his knee a la IvanDrago so he could post in the crud today… Skyline went to the same HS in cincinnati that my mom taught at. The two did not cross paths- he is much too old… Snots is retired from soccer coaching so he can run full time. He fast. Glad he’s off IR… Moonshine had enough of us and took off at 0608 (literally gaining speed to take flight) then met us at COT.
