Pack up ur gear, leave the blocks until later (foreshadowing) and ruck out the hotbox, across Providence to Bastionville using crosswalk for optimal safety (hat tip Cadre Linus, GTE 24). Regroup at top of St Gabe’s stairs for 3 trips down/up and dropping an item after each round. Filler: Renegade rows IC, SurryCountys IC, HighPulls IC. Take it back to the hotbox via crosswalks, always crosswalks.

Muschamp: Festus. Congregate at the runway for BlockySuitcase. 2 pax take the suitcase of blocks while the rest do exercises: Flutter, HighPulls, Deads. Cycle thru the entire group getting a carry… Mosey outside to the restaurant on the corner that always changes names for FrontalLobeSkullCrushers on 3 different levels of the railing. Back to AquaTot lot for COT.

The pax are gettin good at CornerStores- bags flyin everywhere without casualties… everyone took the crosswalk except Snoop- there was a wardrobe malfunction involved which put him behind and crafty siteQ knew where we were headed… safety: Cadre Linus pounded safety into the GTE24 White Platoon for regularly rucking on roads. YHC wont soon forget our punishment at around 9am that Sunday morning… The item drop at the stairs was generally prioritized kbell then sandbag then ruck. Chelms mustve started with the sandbag, as his is literally a bag with sand in it… 40Thieves demolished a block on the suitcase carry. YHC didnt see it but heard it and saw the support team (Forge) scooting over with a replacement… About the Suitcase, there’s actually 2 of em: 3ft long wood 4x4s with a handle in the middle, with room to sneak a block on each end. One may be able to fit 2 blocks on each side hmmmm. Nice work by Festus; birthed from his woodworkin den… the Bastion Bros moseyed by while we were doing the skull crushers. We were all spent by that point, probably lost some swole cred… FNG! Wishbone is a chiropractor by trade, working close-by in Cotswold. He focuses on helping folks with various issues (even digestive) by releasing pressure from the spine. CRACK. He also hails from Vermont and Gizzard/Forge were humping his leg… Gizzard noticed at St Gabes- and noted at COT- the homeless man on the bench.
