The Thang:
We ran. Out the backside Beverly Dr to and thru Queens Univ to the MP Traditional field. We ran a 200m and 400m there with stops for pullups. Ring Run pullups! Mosey out Wellesley towards Freedom Park, left on Sterling, left on Westfield, left on Queens. Stop at Haywoods. Right on Bucknell to East Bucknell, left on Roswell, right on Sharon, left on Malvern, left on Hampton. Fin.

NMM:
We stopped for more than just pullups and Haywoods. Couple marys, merkins, lunges… 4.8mi on the strava- not best performance but Egypt held us back… Nah, Egypt was up front. He did taunt the Queens field/track and 30sec later wiped out on said field. Very sloppy track today… Chalet and Tardy out front. No weak links here, buncha legends on the northern border of newly formed MetroSouth… Cindy nearly did a pullup. It was more of a back stretch.
