The frost was on the left over Thanksgiving pumpkin

I went to the beach last week for a family gathering fully expecting it to be cold and windy. Instead it was warm enough to go swimming with my grandkids in the ocean. Yes, for real. Needless to say this morning’s ALS was not a day at the beach as the temps were in the low 30’s as the pax hit the first 4 count. As is always the case when the temps go down the CORE numbers continue to stay consistent so we hit the pavement with 17 of F3’s best on a romp around the Selwyn/AG AO. We started with a step up, derkin, jump up, bear crawl, lunge walk, donkey kick circuit followed by some people’s chair work.We then ventured to the Selwyn entrance road for blimps and spmilb (backward blimps) down and back up the road. Next, we did partner exercise/runs on the best asphalt in F3 and finished up with handrail pullups and Mike Tysons (in honor of My Sharona who is on the DL) and jump squat 11’s in the Temple.

If I stand around too much in really cold weather I get, you guessed it, cold, so I tried to keep the pax moving for my own survival. If it was a little too much of an ADD workout I apologize, Foo, but I hope you invite me back!

As we move into the Christmas season we pray that we can look around and see those around us who are hurting physically, emotionally and spiritually and reach out to them. Thank you F3 for giving us the strength and support to be that guy to our fellow man.
