We hit all six foundational stretching exercises at least once this am. Two minutes stretch to pain level of 7 out of 10 and 1 minute recovery each round. 1. Sit cross lean forward (2) 2. Sit cross lean left (1 left and 1 right) 3. Hammy stretch (2) 4. Lie leg over (1 each leg) 5. Reach around (1 each side) 6. 120 degree backward arm raise (2) NM - Home Boy joined us for first time right before jumping on 16 hour flight to Cape Town #smart. Forge wants to Q even when he's not the Q. Takes mental toughness to do this workout as the hardcore pax lumbers past under their sand bag and KB making fun of our "exercise". They don't know what they are missing (except Snoop - who stretches on his own). Bring on the public shaming - I am running faster with less pain so I'll have another. Peace Out
