The time when it was just me and Fishwrap at Diamondhead

The BackBlast:

I found out late yesterday there was not a q for Diamondhead. Scrum had asked Nibbler to do it but Nibbler has been having back trouble. I figured it would be me and scrum –the word was out that senior chips was going to come for his first Diamond Head experience. I also had a hard commit from Vann Winkle and Mountain Mama. So I agreed to be the Q . I had a pretty good plan in place until I arrived and nobody was there. I mean literally no one was there I was by myself at about 5:31. I was ready to give up and go home and cry myself back to sleep when I saw something running towards me. I say something instead of somebody because until he was about ten yards away I didn’t realize it was fishwrap. The reason I didn’t realize it was fishwrap is because he was wearing nothing but a sweat sock over his dingo shnuggle. Literally Buck ass naked except for a sweat shock. I yelled “Fishwrap what’s the deal brother? Are you okay?” and he said “Yes. I just learned Red Hot Chili Peppers are going to tour again and I got to get ready so follow me we’re going to f*** s*** up”.

We proceeded to scale the side of a g Middle School and run around the roof. Fishwrap broke one of those ceiling window things and said “Come on brother let’s go do some algebra”. I know it’s insane but I didn’t know what else to do so I followed fish wrap. So we got into an algebra classroom. He told me to take a seat and he proceeded to teach me algebra for the next hour.

We heard a commotion and noticed from the clock on the wall it was time for the janitors to show up. So we climb back out the ceiling window ran across the roof and lowered ourselves back to the ground. I figured that what is the end of it but then fishw rap grabs me by the head, kisses me straight on the lips and says ” I know it was you Fredo . You broke my heart.” Then he ran away into the darkness. I climbed into my Subaru and drove home recognizing that I just experienced one of the greatest geniuses to ever walk the sidewalks I’m Charlotte.
