Throw Down at Freedom Park

The BackBlast:

(Crème Cheese does the Latta B’s, so hats off to him) – 17 showed up on a chilly morning for a mini convergence at Latta. The Latta regulars welcomed several pax from Revolution. It was a natural convergence since they share Common Market as a coffeeteria.
What We Did –
– There was no sympathy for late arrivals as Scrooge departed right on time. Back-Up and MMOB had to hustle to catch the pax.
– Scrooge basically had a long Indian Run cooked up – lots of running, then stopping, then running again. Credit Pate for the Indian Run comparison.
– We ran down East towards Freedom Park. Buzzed the tower at Freedom Park as we ran thru to get to Cumberland. Up the Lurker to Park Rd. Down Park Rd and stayed left on Park towards Ed’s. Continued on Park, then Tremont, then Lennox to Kingston and back to Latta.
– lots of stops for multiple Mary movements and many different merkin motions – 3-2-1…..
– we covered 4.5 miles
Moleskin –
Scrooge led – Skyline, Oatmeal, Rube, Back-Up, Beethoven, Pate, Geppetto, MMOB, Khloe, Khardashian, Glad Hander, Chernobyl (Kotter), Tassels, Boat Misser, Dos Equis and Cream Cheese
– Scrooge tried to bring some order to the work out, but Pate was having none of that.
– MMOB is now Mighty Mighty Owl Boy. Not sure if his love of P-Diddy influenced that name change.
– Tassels was all Sun-Develed up. Went from out of playoff race to a bye in just a couple of weeks.
– 3-2-1
– Updyke’s newborn son has had a rough 1st month being a Crimson Tide fan. Lots of disappointment. Hi-Tide!!!!
– No Brooks, No MLF and No Alcatraz again today. All probably drinking Rose Floaters with L-10.
– No Wilson either – probably too cold.
– 2 weekends left before Xmas – get your shopping done.
– thanks to Khloe for keeping the BB alive last week. My injured hip/back would never have made it thru that Lee workout.
– Dos Equis has the lead next week. Just an FYI, this is a male only workout, so don’t bring your daughters.
