Consistency is important but variety is the spice of life. We went level 8 spice instead of more Surry Ridge hill repeats. Vamanos!

The Thang:
We went to Park Road Park and back. But it was funnerer than that bc we had funny farm. The route there: Huntingtowne to Goneaway to Bridlespur to Burnt Mill to Northhampton to Frederick to Kingstree to Old Reid to Lanesboro to Sunview to Telfair to Archdale to Park Rd. Woowee. We stopped throughout for the classics: merkinfest, mary, core… at Park Road Park, we hit the tennis courts for some lateral work: karaoke, side shuffles, lunges… then mosey back home more directly via Park Rd. Stops at St Vincent de Paul and Forest Hills Church for prayer and reflection- and planking. Pocahontas run around Forest Hills. Back down Huntingtowne Farms to home. Fin.

Moleskin:
Hoops season is heatin up but we tried basketball at The Valley in the past and it was ugly. We did cover heels fans with heels to heaven, makhtar ndiayes and dukies got grayson allens and all the floor slappers… Sable returned from the beach and jumped right back in… Funny was the rabbit of the day but Hankie and Canary were closing… We found Birdman’s house but spared him the monkeyhumpers… TD was wayyyy out of sedgefield so we had to show him multiple valleys… birdfeeders, chuck norris’s, travoltas, solo handslaps- check check check
