Counterclockwise run around Cotswold Village with stops. The pax were dazed and confused with turns down the likes of Chelmsford Rd, Aylesford and Coventry… It only took one attempt of bearcrawls to know we wouldnt repeat that. Same with crabwalks. Sprinkled in a 3 x backwards run up the hill on a bunny slope. Plenty of mary and core. Small dose of merkins… regroup back at the strip mall Village for Kuechleys: 4 quarters x 30sec on offense and defense of People’sChair + skaters/jump lunges. One more core stop on the way to home. Fin.

Moleskine:
Peanut was out front… a bad wing wont stop Hollins… MMOB pops up everywhere. Yhc is working on that cologne… Coach will golf, but only on his terms… Birdfeeders- yes, Hillbillys- check, Travoltas- yep, MercuryFreddys- done… good move to setup shop for Kuechleys at the pet store instead of at Y2yoga. That’s more our scene. U vs U was definitely in effect. There will still be some achy legs tmro.
